#605 28 Powell St - Powell Lane - This is an older Gastown loft building.  Located just off of Water St, this unit has over 1600 sq.ft. and a nice sunny 661 sq.ft. patio.  The pictures don't show it well, but it is an open concept unit with high bright 16' high ceilings.
