he seller had purchased the property less than a year ago, in November, 2017, for $1.75-million. Listing agent Paul Albrighton marketed the property, east of Gastown in Railtown, to buyers seeking both residential and commercial space. An offer was received after three days and the property was sold after three weeks of due diligence on behalf of the buyer.

“The market responded quickly, as it is a rare type of property with direct street access and flexible zoning, allowing for a variety of uses,” Mr. Albrighton said.
