While touring the Home Show at BC Place this weekend, I had a chance to talk with Colin and Justin from HGTV: "Colin and Justin's Home Heist".  I announced how large of fan I was, and then Colin and Justin asked me about price per square foot of lofts in Vancouver.  These entertaining gentlelmen have a great sense of humour and had me laughing in manner of seconds.

Sell your current condo for a slight discount, buy something bigger and save the same percentage on a bigger purchase price!
