517 - 428 W 8th Ave, the one we spoke about at XL Lofts, a great layout with some updates, a slightly compromised view, but a current high paying tenant.  This is a well maintained concrete building, and a great area for rentals as its right beside the Canada Line/Skytrain.  https://www.albrighton.ca/428-w-8th-ave-xl-lofts

407 - 1275 Hamilton St, is a heritage inspired looking loft, built built from new in 2004, by a good developer (Qualex Landmark).  The units have nice wood beams, air-con, and rent for good rates.  It is in the heritage district of Yaletown, near Rodney Oyster Bar, so a nice spot.  There are parking and lockers too. 
 
 
 
 
2 Bedroom Architectural Condos, 
 
 
323 - 3333 Main Street, is a modern styled 2-bed near Main & 17th Ave.  Its a nicely built building with high ceilings, and a great location.  It is wood-frame but has a solid-feel, designed by Dialog (modern inspired architects), and with concrete toppers between the floors which helps some noise transfer.   I have had clients live here and enjoy it. 302 - 4223 Hastings St, is more East, just outside Vancouver, in North Burnaby - maybe a different area than you thought of, but worth a look as its a nice newer building with a loft theme.  I had a client purchase here last year and enjoys it, also its a short(er) commute to Downtown Vancouver.

503 - 4675 Cambie Street, is another nice newer development by a good developer (Intracorp), loaded just along Cambie near Queen Elizabeth Park.  I was impressed when I viewed some units a few months back.

1463 Howe St & 1437 Howe Street, “Pomaria” are beautiful high-end townhouses near Beach & Howe, with a loft style 2-level living room.  I used to live in a similar unit, so personally really like these both for its design and location near the Seawall, and how well the building is kept.  More info here: https://www.albrighton.ca/1455-howe-st-pomaria

620 Cardero St - “The Cardero” new developement near Coal Harbour & Stanely Park, high-end interior, great exterior design by local architect Henriquez & Partners.  Some great water views
 
 
1171 Jervis St - “The Jervis” clean lines, finely detailed kitchen & bathrooms, located in the Westend, this unit has large patio, also is suite: 1602 which is more about views than patio space, at $1,990,000.  Great building with interiors by Inform Interiors. 
 
 
 
PH610 - 1540 W 2nd Ave, “Waterfall Building” Penthouse, ultimate concrete 2 lesvel loft with plenty of works space and room to divide upstairs rooms even more.  One of a kind Arthur Erickson designed concrete masterpiece loft. 
 
 
1277 Melville St, “Flatiron” which is inspired by the New York Flat Iron building, this unit has beautiful views, stringing exterior design, large windows and a spacious interior.  The finishing is mid-grade, and could use a renovation.  I have another client who purchased this unit on a lower floor, did a kitchen & floor upgraded and its a beautiful place.  I would consider this one for its views and Coal Harbour location, only it could use some interior enhancements.  Modern condo with great views. 
 
 
 
1238 Ricahrds St, “Metoroplis” is a cool 2-level loft in Yaletown, one of the few you can get at the 28th floor, so the views are very nice.  The interior was been renovated in the last 10 years which is fairly good.  This building is from 1998, so not as modern as the above newer options.   Large Vancouver loft with views. 
 
1180 Homer St, “McMaster” is a heritage conversion low rise in Yaletown on a nice street, there are no views, but the interior with reclaimed wood beams, floors and exposed concrete are beautultifl.  All the finishing and design are very nice.  Stunning heritage conversion loft in Vancouver. 
 
 
 
PH2502 - 999 Seymour St, is a newer modern Penthouse in central Downtown, near the city core, it has a nice 2-level interior and an epic rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen & pizza oven.  Its a cool city-pad. Loft style penthouse with a rooftop deck for sale.

 988 Richards St, “Tribeca Lofts,” you can probably tell even urban city in North America has inspiration from NYC :). This unit  is a nice customized condo in central Yaletown, with already an upgraded interior and kitchen.  This is a lower price point, but a nice well kept smaller building with only 53 units.  The building is very full run and each corner is well maintained.  A very unique Vancouver loft.
