# 2702 1199 SEYMOUR ST - "The Brava" - This is a desired Downtown/Yaletown building.  This unit is 6 levels from the very top of the building, which is higher than most in the area.  This makes for fantastic city views, the ocean in the distance, and some of the nicest tallest buildings in the city - making this a special place.  The unit inside is similar to unit #1602 mentioned below.

 

# 2304 928 RICHARDS ST - "The Savoy" - Again a good Downtown/Yaletown address.  This unit is more spacious and features a few modern updates inside.  Additionally the 9' ceilings and 607 sq.ft will make for a more open feeling in the suite. 

 

# 2309 928 HOMER ST - "Yaletown Park" - This building is only 2 years old, and located right in Yaletown and central to many nice city spots.  This unit faces over top of a lot of heritage buildings, limiting future developments.

 

# 1602 1199 SEYMOUR ST - "The Brava" - This is the same suite as #2702, only 11 floors down, and $40,000 cheaper.  From these pictures you should get a better idea of what the suite looks like inside. This building features a large gym, party room, and a heated out door pool and hot tub. 

 

# 1606 1255 SEYMOUR ST - "Elan" - This is another modern building, which is only 1 years old in Yaletown/Downtown.  This unit features nice modern finishing’s inside, and open Western views, only its 500 sq.ft. making it slightly small.

 

# 2102 1238 SEYMOUR ST - "The Space" - This tower is 13 years old, but offers good price per square foot.  This unit is a Penthouse loft, which needs a bit of work, and is split over two levels, making for some extra glass, and features a patio off the top floor master bedroom.  This place is worth closer to $380,000.  It is actually on the 31st level, as many of the levels in this tower are double height lofts.

 

# 1604 1238 SEYMOUR ST - "The Space" - This is another condo in the same building.  This unit faces over a park making for some good Northern views.  I mentioned this unit because if you want more space, this place offers over 700 sq.ft. and it has been upgraded.
