This unit is worth closer to $980,000 - $990,000.  The same unit below just sold for $983,000 last week.  This is amongst the very best heritage conversions in Yaletown and Vancouver.  This unit is absolutely beautiful inside, but there is no outdoor space, I thought I would mention it as the inside is spectacular.  It also features a top of the line kitchen and air conditioning.  This was developed by Townline.

#102 1241 Homer St - This another nice development by Townline.  Most units in the building are between $1.1M - $1.25M, this unit is a townhouse, but still quite quiet as it is on Homer St.  It features a double height living room, heritage brick, and great kitchens and bathrooms.  The patio is on the back of the building, and blocked by a concrete wall, so people cannot look or get it in. 

#503 1275 Hamilton St - Alda - This is a beautiful heritage conversion building, somewhat like a newer version of Del Prado, it was completed in 2002, they have a warm New York Modern loft feel.  This unit has 2 beds, 2 baths, and a great sized patio (approximately 250 sq.ft).  The finish and quality a very nice.  It also has two parking stalls and a storage locker, which is very rare in Yaletown. 

#606 1155 Mainland St - Del Prado - This is the penthouse suite at Del Prado with the rooftop patio.  The suite is nice with good space.  It does need some updates.  The bathrooms and kitchen are quite dated and in need of replacement/upgrades.  The rooftop deck is near some of the rooftop mechanicals which make some noise, and split up the space.

#PH1 1178 Hamilton St - The Hamilton - This is another heritage conversion, completed in 1997, this is a beautiful heritage building, and this has a good sized private rooftop deck.  The inside is very spacious with 12' ceilings, and has room to build a 2nd bedroom.

#401 988 Richards St - Tribeca - This is large loft in a newer Yaletown loft building.  It is listed at $1.085M, but may be able to be purchased for under $1.0 as it has been on the market for over two months.  This unit has 1769 sq.ft. inside, and two small balconies, but no large patio.  It may be worth a look.

#705 531 Beatty St - This is a two level unit with 984 sq.ft. and laid out like a townhouse over two levels.  The interior finish is very nice and there is a fair sized patio.
