# 407 1225 RICHARDS ST – “Eden”  It is at Richards and Drake across the street from the luxurious grace near Nesters market.  This strip of Richards is actually really beautiful.  This is a very nicely finished studio with parking and also a separate storage locker.
 
# 2006 1295 RICHARDS ST – “The Oscar” is beside Eden.  These units have nice layouts, good finish.  Suites rarely come up here as it is a good building with a great reputation.  This unit is nicely priced.  It’s on the 20th floor making way for some decent views.

# 2203 928 RICHARDS ST – “The Savoy” This building is located across the street from the Mondrian at Richards and Nelson.  This is nice suite being on the 22nd floor, 586 sq.ft., with nice views.

# 2102 1155 SEYMOUR ST – “Brava” This is located more centrally at Seymour and Davie.  This unit is well priced and has large Western views, and some nice updates.   Brava is known for having a younger audience, and expensive rentals.  The building has a nice large heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and a good size gym.

#2309 928 Homer. may offer the best value, as it is high up with views.  It has been on the market for 55 days, depending on the condition and view it is worth closer to $310,000 - $320,000.
