#Th15 1501 Howe St – Townhouse near the seawall.  This place was built quite high end in 1993, and since this unit has been upgraded with luxury fine materials, including nice marble floors.  This place has a 250+ sq.ft. back patio, great for BBQ’s.  I may have mentioned this one when we met.  It has a grand modern classic feel.  There is a chance you could ask strata about installing a hot tub, but they are very picky at this building. Good quality Yaletown two bedroom condo.  This unit does have much for patio space, but it is in a fantastic location, and a very good quality, well designed, highly desirable building.  It does have nice views and over 1100 sq.ft. with nice views.   This is amongst the better Yaletown concrete towers.

#3303 1009 Expo Blvd – Landmark 33. 
High spacious view condo.  This building has great amenities, and only across the street from the Marianaside Seawall.  I selected this unit because it offers good value.  The interior is slightly dated as it is 10 years old, but the 33rd floor views and layout are fantastic, and may be worth a look.

#1005 1055 Homer St – Domus – High quality modern architectural condo.  This building has good architecture, higher 9’ ceilings, and high-end finishes.  It is an example of a developer finishing a product very good from the ground up.  Units always sell well here and hold their value. This unit is a good layout with a fair size patio.  Most people are quite impressed when they enter this building.
