#2909 1009 Expo Blvd – Waterworks – This is a good “Concord Pacific” built tower with spacious layouts. This unit has nearly 700 sq.ft. but the finishing’s are slightly dated and could use some touching up. Being on the 29th floor makes for great views. This unit is on the 14th floor with ocean views, and just over 600 sq.ft. The building is very nice, and visually very nice. Here you can stroll to the Westend andw English Bay very easily.
