South Granville and Fairview Neighbourhood Information

Birthed in 1907, South Granville is home to many shops, fine dining, art galleries, theatre, antique, and exclusive furniture stores. It extends from the Granville Street bridge to 16th Avenue, conveniently located just one step outside of busy Downtown Vancouver. Canada Line skytrain stations in the area are Broadway-City Hall and Olympic Village. There is also the Aquabus which connects to Granville Island, and the False Creek Ferries connecting to the City Center and Yaletown.  South Granville is home to a limited amount of new high rise condominiums and some heritage styled condos and townhouses.  This area has plenty of demand, as it is minutes from Downtown and offers such great community and character.  Many of the condominiums in this area offer great views of Downtown, False Creek and the North Shore Mountains.
