#205 27 Alexander – This is in a great quieter Gastown location, and in a heritage building. This units is the only Gastown heritage style loft currently under $550k with parking! This unit look North to the water and mountains, but also the railroads. This is a nice place.
#6 229 Carall, Located more into central busy Gastown, this is another nice heritage loft, only with no parking, but close to parkades with rentals.
#416 55 E Cordova “Koret Lofts” This is one of the newer conversion and more higher end than most heritage coversions in Gastown. The design, architecture and finish are beautiful. #401 150 Alexander St – “Mission House” This is another heritage unit well priced with good space. There isn’t underground parking, but often parking on the street. This is one step out of the busy part of Gastown, making it a nice spot to live.
#516 22 E Cordova – “VanHorne” This is in a mid-grade building, but they are two level lofts. There are a few for sale in the building, they are small but have plenty of air space with 16’ ceilings. These places also include a parking stall. These units are in a slightly worse Gastown location than Water St and Alexander.
#509 33 W Pender – “33” This is a new building made to look like open layout loft studios. These units are good because they are new with warranty, and with parking. Only the lack a little character. They would make a great space for a small modern reno and the finish is pretty simple. It is located across the street from Tinseltown. There are a few units available, and they are selling pretty fast.
#101 546 Beatty St “540 Beatty” This is one of my favourite loft buildings. I think there may be an offer on this property, but it may become available. The design and finish is very nice, and you get an underground parking stall.
#1009 1238 Seymour St “The Space” This is a Downtown loft with two level located near Yaletown, this unit could use some updates, and it offers good potential. This unit includes parking. #402 272 E 4th Ave “Mecca” This is a beautiful loft, only the pictures show it bad. It is in Mount Pleasant near Main and 4th Ave. It was custom renovated by an architect, features high 18’ ceilings, skylights, and an art piece of a kitchen. This loft includes a parking stall. This is a very special unit.
