#415 – 350 E 2nd  “Main Space”.  This is a warehouse style loft building in Mount Pleasant.  This building is constructed from steel and concrete, and features some very unique exposed concrete and steel beams in the suites and common areas.  This is an open 653 sq.ft. square floor plan, which leaves plenty of room for your ideas.  This unit is worth closer to $300,000 - $310,000.  It would look great with a few upgrades.  In this building there are a variety of live/work studios and business’s.  This is located 2 blocks from a Skytrain station.

 #410 – 2001 Wall St “Cannery Row Lofts”.  These are beautiful true double level lofts with great space.  This unit is well priced as the past three loft sales at this building were between $345,000 to $365,000.  This building is located out of the core of the city, in the industrial area, near Powell and the Bottom of Victoria Dr.

 #106 – 272 E 4th Ave “Mecca”  This is another industrial warehouse style live/work building in Mount Pleasant.  These building are constructed very well from concrete and steel finished with metal cladding, making for very low maintenance.  This unit could use a few touch ups.  This is ground level making it easy for students/clients to come in and out of.

 #302 - 428 W 8th Ave “XL Lofts” This is a nice architectural concrete loft building near the new developments in the Cambie area on W 8th.  These units have nice exposed concrete, great layouts, and a very central location.  This area is now home to many great new stores including Whole Foods, Best Buy, and Canadian Tire.  This is 1 block from a Skytrain station.

 #323 - 336 E 1st Ave “Artech Lofts” This is another Warehouse style Mount Pleasant loft building with great open layouts.  This unit doesn’t include parking however it isn’t a big challenge to find parking in the area.  This unit is worth closer to $390,000 to $400,000.  It features some nice upgrades.  This is only 2 blocks from the Skytrain.

 #408 - 338 W 8th Ave “Loft 338” This smaller loft building that looks like a warehouse conversion with metal cladding on the outside.  This is a nice simple open space with over 800 sq.ft.   This area is slightly more industrial with some commercial and light industry nearby.  It is one block away from the main commuting route – W 9th or Broadway. 

 #406 – 228 E 4th Ave “Watershed” This is another industrial warehouse style live/work building in Mount Pleasant.  This unit has been beautifully upgraded with designer/architectural features and great city views.

 #203 – 2635 Prince Edward “Soma Lofts” This unit is near Main, however the street it is on is nice, quiet, and not so industrial.    This in East Mount Pleasant.  This area is certainly cheaper and is still home to some run-down apartments and old houses.  This area is improving and is being redeveloped quickly.  There are a few warehouse styled lofts in the area.  These suites stand out for offering beautiful finish from polished concrete floors, ultra high ceilings, quality bathrooms, and sliding wall/doors.
