The Ellison - Modern Yaletown Lofts

Developed by Holborn Group in 2007, and converted from an original 1928 commercial building, the Ellison offers modern sleek lofts with beautiful exposed concrete elements, modern kitchen & bathrooms, high ceilings, and located in the heritage district of Yaletown. The building 28 units, ranging from 715 sq.ft. to 1050 sq.ft.  The lofts featured reclaimed beams, wood floors, plenty of storage, Philipe Stark bathtubs, and nice integrated lighting.
