Yaletown - Heritage Conversion Loft Building

Del Prado was converted to high-end heritage loft residence in 1995 from a 1912 Warehouse.  It is a recipient of the City of Vancouver Heritage Award of Honour in 1996.  This building is made from reinforced concrete and brick.  The finishes throughout the building offer classic loft/heritage charm.  Some of the residences have been extensively renovated making some of the best suites in all of Yaletown.   The building also features a common rooftop deck with great views of Yaletown and Downtown Vancouver.

The building strata currently has no rental restrictions, and they allow pets with restrictions. These are subject to change.

There are only 36 units in the whole building.
