FORM BY ANTHEM - ARCHITECTURUAL MODERN CONDOS IN SOUTH GRANVILLE

It is always my goal to only bring my clients and local design enthusiasts attention only to interesting architectural developments in Vancouver. The latest pre-sale offering known as “Form by Anthem” located in South Granville on West 6th Avenue caught my attention for a few reasons:
1. The location - we have sold 15 condos and lofts on the same block on West 6th Ave, at 1529 W 6th Ave, known “South Granville Lofts” aka. “WSIX” building, also 1565 W 6th Ave, known as “Sixth + Fir”. Both are great building and landmarks of their own kind: Ultimate industrial style lofts at 1529 W 6th, and a Modern Well Built designed modern condos at 1565 W 6th Ave, with architecture by Henriquez & Partners.
2. The small number of units being offered in the building at “Form”, only a 51-storey development, many client prefer more privacy and a intimate/community feel within their building
3. The architecture and interior design, both by OMB. We have worked with other recent OMB modern projects, and the integration of timeless clean-line exterior design and subtle high-end contemporary / modern luxury interior are very well executed. We have made sales in other OMB buildings: 1555 W 8th Ave, Shift by Aragon at 5089 Quebec St, Vancouver and at 3730 Edgemont Blvd, North Vancouver.
