#408 289 Alexander, The Edge Lofts.  This is a unique live/work loft building on Alexander just East of Main.  These units are double height with concrete floors and touches.  The building also includes a large workshop, photo lab, wood shop, and more....This suite has one underground parking, and plenty of visitor stalls.  


#413 55 E Cordova St, Koret Lofts. This is the best priced unit at Koret lofts that includes an underground parking stall.  The suite also has a great layout with plenty of storage, and even has potential for adding a 2nd bathroom as the plumbing is all there.  Most suites in this building are unique, and this is one of the best units.  It also has a small outdoor space on the old-fashion fire escape.


#710 168 Powell St, Smart. 
This is a newer development in Gastown.  This unit has a great layout with 738 sqft. and a balcony.  


#608 36 Water St, Terminus. This is a smaller Terminus plan, but offers good value at under $500,000.

#5-4 550 Beatty St.  This is a really unique Vancouver heritage loft building.  It was the first loft conversion, completed in 1984.  Here you get great style, preserved character; wood beams, re-claimed floors, and some exposed structural materials.   The parking does belong to the owner of the suite, but it is directly across the street in a separate garage/building.  This unit offers 1033 sq.ft.


#404 546 Beatty St. Crane. This conversion loft building was completed in 2008.  This suite has a great 770 sq,ft, plan with a separate storage room.  The exposed brick and polished white concrete floors are great touches.  This is one of my favourite Crosstown loft buildings.

#510 1529 W 6th Ave, South Granville Lofts. This unit is very nice with some updates, polished floors, and a great blend between practical and stylish.  Plus, the location is great and highly desirable.  This is the only building with two level lofts in South Granville, making it a great property to rent in the future.  These are also zoned live/work.

#1608 1238 Richards St, Metropolis.  This is a loft tower in Yaletown.  This is the most sought after loft tower in the city.  The have great views, a good Yaletown location, and two levels of living spaces.  The building itself was constructed in 1999, and has been maintained very well and beyond average.  This unit doesn't show the best in the photos, but it is a two level plan with 823 sq.ft., a good size den upstairs, and also a balcony and storage locker.

#410 988 Richards St. Tribeca Lofts. This is a 2006 built high/mid-range loft building.  The kitchens and bathrooms are nicely finished.  This shows bad in the photos, but the double height ceilings are really nice.  Additionally unlike many two level lofts, there are two bathrooms.  This unit is really well priced, and as a bonus it includes an underground storage locker.
