THE VUE - KITSILANO LOFT BOUTIQUE RESIDENCE

"The Vue" in Kits is a highly regarded concrete boutique building located across the street from Kisilano Park and Beach.  The structure is of concrete, glass and with cedar elements.  This one of a kind residential building features one private suite per floor with direct elevator access.  Designed by Battersby Howat Architects and completed in 2006.  Each suite is highly detailed with slight variations on different levels reflecting the slope of the lot.  The design is meant to enhance the views to the local landscape and ocean side setting.  Beautiful mill work and and plenty of concrete features throughout each plan.  The Vue is a modernist concrete expression in one of Vancouver's best beachside locations.
