KORET LOFTS 55 EAST CORDOVA ST

CRANE BUILDING 546 BEATTY ST

The Crane building was one of the first brick and steel framed buildings constructed in Vancouver, in the early 1900's.  It was used to manufacture Crane fixtures: toilets and sinks.  The residential conversion commenced around 2006, and the residential buliding was completed and occupied in 2009.  The suites stand for being very raw open loft spaces.  Some of the unique features include high ceilings, steel beams, brick walls, restored heritage windows, and beautifully poured concrete hallways and walls.  The finishing touches are quite stylish and European inspired.  Located along the 500 block of Beatty St, this is a fantastic location where you have the heritage feel but on a quiet strip without many venues or too much road noise.  This strip is located between Gastown and Yaletown.  For more information and for a current list of lofts for sale at the Crane Building, visit: http://www.albrighton.ca/546-beatty-st.html

BOWMAN LOFTS 528 BEATTY ST

GREENSHIELDS 345 WATER ST
