Keep an eye on the level of detail and finish throughout the suite; from the hardwood floors, extra high ceilings, continous lines that frame the kitchen and living room feature walls, the extra luxurious bathroom, to the complimentary mat-black granite counters and tile back-splash. It is nice to see such detail in a modern development, most Vancouver developers never pay this much attention to their finish quality or selection of materials.
